The General Partner of the Partnership is Oyster Management Group, LLC. The
General Partner will be responsible for the exclusive management of the Partnership,
making all investment and management decisions. The management team of the

their own account and for others.

William D. Rueckert – Mr. Rueckert is Managing Member of Oyster Management
Group, LLC, the general partner of the Partnership and a limited partner of the
Partnership. For the past 20 years Mr. Rueckert has been involved with private
companies engaged in bank investments, real estate development and biotechnology.
Mr. Rueckert has previously served as a director of Westport Bank and Trust,
Lafayette American Bank and Hudson United Bank. Mr. Rueckert is President of the
Cleveland H. Dodge Foundation and Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of
Teachers College, Columbia University.
Josiah T. Austin – Mr. Austin is a member of Oyster Management Group, LLC and a
limited partner of the Partnership. Mr. Austin is the managing member of El
Coronado Holdings, LLC, a private investment company with interests in financial
institutions, energy and ranching. He was previously a director of North Fork
Bancorporation and is a director of Goodrich Petroleum. He has previously served as
a director of Monterey Bay Bank and New York Bancorp. Mr. Austin is a founder
and Director of Cuenca Los Ojos Foundation.

a limited partner of the Partnership. Mr. Clark is a private investor focusing on
financial institutions. He is a former director of Jefferson Savings and Loan and
Community Savings Bankshares. Mr. Clark is a Trustee of the Clark Family
Foundation.
